Using the Cape Safe Route Map
This map highlights locations in Cape Town where smash‑and‑grab and mugging incidents have been reported. You can help keep the map current by adding your own reports or voting on existing ones.
Add a hotspot: Tap or click anywhere on the map and enter the road name and a brief description. Please only report incidents that affect motorists (e.g., smash‑and‑grab, car‑jamming, hijacking) and avoid unrelated crime reports. No login is required.
