How we use your data
We use your information and any uploaded photo(s) only to generate your fitness plan and meal guide, display your plan back to you, and improve reliability and prevent abuse.
Photo processing
If you upload a photo, it may be processed automatically to generate general fitness suggestions. We do not use your photos to identify you.
Where your data is stored
Your plan data is stored in this WordPress site’s database. Uploaded photos are stored securely and are not placed in the public media library.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. If an AI service is used to generate your plan, your inputs (and if enabled, your photo) may be sent to that service for processing. We share only what is required to generate your plan.
Retention
You can delete your photos at any time from your dashboard. Photos can be automatically deleted after a set period (if enabled). Plan data may remain until you delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to your stored data and deletion of your data and photos.
Security
We use reasonable security controls to protect data, but no system can be guaranteed 100 %% secure.
Children
This service is intended for adults. Do not upload photos or use the service if you are under 18.
