What we generate vs. what we collect
- Synthetic datasets: algorithmically generated, not linked to identifiable individuals.
- Operational data: business contact info, communications, technical logs, and basic site analytics/cookies.
How we use operational data
To provide services, support customers, secure systems, and comply with law (legal bases: contract, legitimate interests, compliance).
Sharing & processors
We use Snowflake (delivery), AWS (infrastructure), and Stripe (payouts). We do not sell/broker personal information.
International transfers
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) for cross-border transfers.
Retention
Operational data is kept only as long as needed; synthetic datasets may be retained for versioning/audit.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability. CPRA: we do not “sell” or “share” personal information; GPC honored.
Security
Encryption, access controls, logging, least-privilege; ongoing reviews.
Children
Not intended for children under 16.
